MECHANICAL CONVEYORS
The heart of the conveying line, the mass mechanical conveyor systems transport the cans to each area of the line. From front end to palletiser. We can manufacture mechanical conveying from 80mm wide single track up to 4000mm BiDi accumulation conveying.
AIR CONVEYORS
When cans need to transported at high speed or in closely packed formations, our air conveyors enable just that from single file Air tracks to wide mass air decks. to cater for areas such as Decorator and Necker infeed to Cupper discharge and washer infeeds.
VACUUM CONVEYORS
Sometimes the movement of cans need to be manipulated, for instance to go under an obstruction or up to a higher level. From single file camera inspection to mass width Elevators and Lowerators.
GRAVITY TRACKWORK
The weight of a can is often enough to get it from point A to point B, in these cases Gravity trackwork is the solution. Again this type of conveying is present in all areas on Can Making. From front end Bodymaker infeed-, Bodymaker crosstrack and Trimmer discharge to LSM infeed and LSM Discharge.
